A fine Regency period triple pedestal dining table, c.1815, in beautifully figured mahogany.

This antique dining table is comprised of three separate sections:

  • Two end pedestals with D-shaped tops

  • Central drop-leaf section with two folding leaves

  • Each supported on elegant turned columns with four splayed reeded legs, brass caps and castors.

The table can be used flexibly:

  • As three separate smaller tables

  • As a pair of D-ends

  • Or together as a long banqueting table when extended.

  • Period: Regency, circa 1815

  • Style: Attributed to Gillows design (characteristic leg form and high-quality construction)

  • Wood: Mahogany with excellent colour and patina
